Apache will need some work to cross-compile.

But to get past the configure problems, you need to create a config.site
file for your target platform containing pre-prepared autoconf cache
values (e.g. ac_cv_func_setpgrp=yes), export
CONFIG_SITE=/path/to/config.site and go through all the tests.
