My first thought is to ask if you are blocking 443 with a firewall

Subject: [users@httpd] NetBSD, Apache 2, mod_ssl, OpenSSL

Hello,

I'm trying to build an SSL aware webserver.

I downloaded all the latest source versions of Apache 2 and openssl. The
box I am working on is a NetBSD box.

Everything seemed to compile, install and start fine
(using apachectl startssl)

However, I get a "connection refused" error when accessing the box via https
(Apache responds to http requests)

When running: openssl s_client -connect localhost:443 -state -debug I get a
errno=61 connection refused

I followed the exact same install and configuration on a Solaris box, and
everything works fine.

Any ideas on what I may have done wrong?

TIA!
-Andy
