There is obviously some issue with Cadaver's locking and mod_dav.  You
can avoid the problem by not using the "edit" command in cadaver
(which implicitly does locking).  If you want to diagnose it, you need
to start by looking at the full access and error logs from the start
of the session to the end.  You probably would also have better luck
on the cadaver (or even mod_dav) mailing list, since there will be
people who have better knowledge of DAV locking.
