Subject [users@httpd] somethings about apache + php and vhost
Date Wed, 25 Aug 2004 08:12:26 GMT
Hi again,

I am trying to make a little schema about securing vhost for massive
hosting.

I have some rules to put under every vhost, and I would like to know
about your opinion or experience, the rules are:

php_admin_value upload_tmp_dir /var/tmp
Maybe should I change it and make a tmp per vhost?

php_admin_value open_basedir none
Is this the best way to secure open_basedir? Will be better to focused
it to /var/tmp or a tmp dir per vhost? (I hope you understand last
question :P)

Any other rule per vhost?

Thanks.
