Subject: [users@httpd] More Virtual Hosts problems

Yes, I somehow feel that I've read every document out there that shows how to set up virtual hosts and yet I cannot get them to work.  They all end up at the same (default) host page.

The virtual hosts are set up as follows:

The DocumentRoot paths are of no consequence, as I'm simply trying to get the darned thing working right.

I thought that perhaps the name was not being passed through, but the log file shows proper requests:

I've used the WhiteBox Linux apache config tool, I've manually made the changes and nothing seems to work.

Yes, I have restarted the server after every change.

Yes, the DNS is all set to point to the server at 206.45.113.166.  I keep hearing about this whole bit about "no main server used" and setting the IP:port the same for all virtual hosts.  I'm not sure I understand what that first bit means and the second bit is never done with the Apache config tool, so I make the changes manually then restart.

I do run through a smoothwall router, but as mentioned, the requests do appear to be received properly at the apache end, as per the log files.

Any suggestions?  (Aside from not giving up my day job?)
