The problem is that it can't load mod_jk2.  I don't know why, but it might
be missing some prerequisite.

The syntax error is merely a generic way of saying the directive failed
and apache won't start until you fix it.  It kind-of assumes you'd get
some more informative error message - such as a missing symbol - just
before what you posted, but Windows is notoriously unhelpful.
