Just now I had viewed webstat it gives web data xfer status with
Calendar (to click on particular date) and option to search text in the
given log file. There was more detailed as to how much data is been
xfered over network , sorry I saw this info just now.

But this will not give real load which is shown by apache module on
server-status .So I feel server status is good.

By webstat I assume you mean a Webalizer stats page? they do different
things. User server-status to see server loads and performance details.
Use
webstat to see general site traffic reports.
