Plain text please ...

The "locale" is an object belonging to the OS which provides regional
settings for things like dates and numbers. Try "man locale" for

What's probably happening is that some application (apache itself or
some module) is trying to select a particular locale so it can generate
a date in a certain format but this locale is not installed in the OS.
It's not a big problem - the application will probably just use the
default locale or not bother printing anything.

'locale: not found'

I didn't receive a reply to this so I'm trying again.

Has anyone seen this kind of error in their error logs for Apache 1.3?

Thank you in advance for your reply.

Subject: Unknown error entry in Apache error log 'locale: not found'

Can anyone tell me why I'm seeing this 'locale: not found' error in my
apache error log?

I hadn't seen this error until after upgrading to FreeBSD 4.10 and
installing the latest version of Apache from the FreeBSD ports which is:

php-nuke 7.2

Any and all help would be appreciated here.

Thanks for your replies in advance.
