OK here goes.  I am running Windows 2000.  I am
wanting to simply host a small website of my own using
my home computer.  So far I have read a little of the
information on the apache website, but since I am so
new to this it was extremely confusing.  I signed up
for the DNS thing at www.dhs.org.  I use a cable
connection.

So far this is about all I know - I may be in way over
my head but hopefully with all you smart people
helping me I will be able to pull this off.

I appreciate all your help and input.
