Yes.  Simply limit the NameVirtualHost directive to only the IP address
that has the name-based vhosts.  For example:

NameVirtualHost 123.456.789.123:80

<VirtualHost 123.456.789.123:80>
ServerName host1
DocumentRoot ...
</VirtualHost>

<VirtualHost 123.456.789.123:80>
ServerName host2
DocumentRoot ...
</VirtualHost>

<VirtualHost 333.333.333.333:443>
ServerName ssl-host
...
</VirtualHost>
