I don't want to pick on you, but you seem to have a bad habit of making
unfounded and inaccurate generalizations based on limited experience.

You have reported one issue to the apache bug database, and that issue was
closed for entirely valid and correct reasons (by me).  If anyone else is

Certainly bug reports are occasionally mistakenly closed, but that is not
a common occurrence.
