okay things seem different on my machine. the location of httpd is 
/etc/httpd/httpd -l

anyways the results of the command are as follows:
core.c
prefork.c
http_core.c
mod_so.c

Does this mean I have a over-updated httpd version?? I'm confused now but I 
have:
httpd-2.0.40-21.11
