You need to add this line with in your virtaul domain:
        Redirect "/" "http://nixpanel.com"

here your site 'll redirected to nixpanel.com.

I found this solution from http://enoise.net/, i.e. an new emerging discussion 
forum, where you are allowed to ask your questions regarding linux, and linux 
hosting as well.
