Check out this page:
http://www.johnspencer.info/Red_Hat_FPSE/FPSE2002onRedHat9.html

It has a very good step by step guide to setting up FPSE which helped me
setup our apache server at work to support FrontPage.

Subject: [users@httpd] apache and frontpage

I've read about something called mod_frontpage. Will this alllow
installation of the frontpage 2002 extensions? Is there any known method to
install frontpage 2002 extensions on red hat linux 9? I havn't installed red

hat 9 yet but I am debating whether to install Apache manually if I can
install the extensions

Ben
