Hi people

If you mean you are looking for a way to CONTROL available bandwidth (i.e. limit a domains
available bandwidth) I looked for the same sort of thing a while back. I know I saw reference
on the net to a "mod_bandwidth" but as it needed compiling and I had no compiler I didn't
bother with it.
