Subject: Rewriting http to https

I have a site that is currently http://xxx.com and I would like to map all
requests for it to https://xxx.com so that the users don't need to
immedately type https://xxx.com (slow migration to the protected site). I've
looked in the rewrite guide but unfortunately my regex is a little weak and
I'm not sure what the rule would be. I know this is easy, but it is eluding
me. Thanks for the help.

Michael
