SuSE  9.0  and i use chkconfig to --add --set things  i don't know the
way rc scripts work and don't wanna mess them up.

my apachectl loks like this:

case $ARGV in
    $HTTPD -k start -DSSL  ### I added this line
    $HTTPD -k start -DSSL

The issue is that:

1. It does not start SSL mode
2. Whenever i try a restart stop graceful whatever it gives me

xaero:# /etc/init.d/apache restart
httpd (pid 8669) already running

So what can be done?...
