Hi
two machines - both win98.
Apache 1.3.27 running on both.
when asking for a userdir like "localhost/~sandy" it works on one machi=
ne
but not on the other. Why?
the two conf-files are the same except for the paths

if the paths are different, then there is a good chance the paths to yo=

public_html folders _may_ be different. the UserDir they use must be
exactly the path from the root of the server ( c:\ ) to the user direct=
ory.
to be sure, check error_log, it should be complianing that it can't fin=
d
the directory. and where it thinks it is.
