Subject RE: [users@httpd] Network is unreachable error
Date Sun, 22 Feb 2004 14:00:30 GMT
Thank you very much. We had just found that page on the net and we have
recompiled apache using the --disable-ipv6 directive. We just did it so
it's a bit early to tell, but it looks like it might have solved the
problem.
Do you know what the line on the page that says
     mysqld --log=sql.log
is supposed to mean? We are also running mysql. Do I have to do
something there as well?

Thanks for answering.

Hi Malki,

Take a look at the bottom of this page:

Subject: [users@httpd] Network is unreachable error

We moved to a new web server last week. The new server is running
apache 2.0.48 with mod_perl 1.99.12. I just noticed that our error log
file is full of the following error message:

[warn] (128)Network is unreachable: connect to listener

I don't see any obvious problems with the web server and I thought
things were running well but why are we getting all these error
messages? What do they mean?
