Subject: [users@httpd] CGI Script dies when browser times out

  Hi,

  I have a stupid question.

Usually, what happens when the browser times out on a CGI request? Did the CGI will be keep
running in the server even after the browser timed out?

I have seen in some system the CGI continue to run after the browser timeout. But in some
other, the CGI also gets terminated at the same time when the browser times out. So I'm wondering
what is the right behavior?

I have a CGI that usually takes more than 5 minutes (more that standard browser timeout
value).

  Thanks
