I've added an index.html with a simple HTML statment "Welcome to my Page!" 
and now it seems to work. Previously it doesn't have index.html, just 
index.html.xx, where xx is different language. I guess now I can rephsase my 
question: Why is "index.html" works for all computer, while "index.html.xx" 
works only for a few?
