I don't see why people overly-complicate their virtual host setups by
using IP addresses.  Unless you have specific requirements otherwise,
it's usually fine to just specify:

NameVirtualHost *
<VirtualHost *>

...and so on.  If you want to do access control based on IP address, use
the normal auth keywords ("Order", "Allow", "Deny", etc.)  The IP
addresses used with vhosts are only there to specify the mechanics of
'which requests come in on which interfaces'.
