Are you using a fortigate? If yes, you can set a maximum file size for 
the virus checker and specify what it should do if a file exceeds this 
limit. We just let it pass, as there are quite seldom coming virii in 
100 MByte files and if then we hope that the local virus scanner gets 
rid of it.
