I didn't see any responses to the question below, so I'll modify it .. 

In addition to the docs at apache.org, any recommendations on books for someone who is completely
new to Apache?  I have run IIS, but am not a guru.  Basically, I want to move one of my personal
websites off IIS and over to Apache.  I don't want to put Apache up on the net though without
understanding the basics much better.
