Subject [users@httpd] Enable-ssl compiling and install help

HI everyone, I am trying to compile from source apache 2.0.48 This is my
command to configure ./configure --enable-ssl --enable-so Everything works
fine up until I run the make command Afte running make, this is the errors I
receive

Does anoyone have ay idea or suggestions as to what is happening, yes I do
have openssl on my system, the system is a redhat linux 9 box
