Subject [users@httpd] CacheSize (mod_disk_cache)
Date Mon, 02 Feb 2004 16:15:43 GMT
Hi Users,

I have a problem with the CacheSize directive of the mod_disk_cache module of
apache 2.0.48 (Red Hat Linux 9). I configured the server as follow:

CacheRoot "/var/proxy"
CacheSize 2000000
CacheEnable disk /
CacheGcInterval 4
CacheMaxExpire 24
CacheLastModifiedFactor 0.1
CacheDefaultExpire 1

and after about a week my CacheRoot contains more than 3 GB chached data!!
The command "du -sk /var/proxy" shows as output: 3430356

Can someone explain me?

Thanks,
Michele
