>From your error log, it looks like the client is denied.  Good bet that your
"Order" and "Allow" statements are not correct.  To test that everything
else is working, take these two out and then see if everything works.  If
yes, then concentrate on the syntax of those two statements and check the
apache docs for syntax.

Also, I don't know if you can do this on Windows (which I believe in an
earlier post you mentioned) but on linux/unix you can test the syntax of
your httpd.conf files using

/usr/local/apache2/bin/httpd -t
or
/usr/local/apache2/bin/apachectl -t

As Joshua mentioned, not sure you can have that space in there
Order allow,deny (instead of Order allow, deny)
