I tried that, but for some reason it makes the whole regexp break. The
output is:

http://myserver.com/scripts/redir.pl?b/index.htm

which was the original URL (the rule never ran). Well, actually the HREF is
"../scripts/redir.pl?b/index.html", does that have any significance, that
it's initially a relative link?
