Here's an example of an intranet site of mine

<VirtualHost *>
         DocumentRoot    /mnt/web/guide/
         <Directory "/mnt/web/guide/">
                 Options Indexes +Includes +ExecCGI
         ScriptAlias     /cgibin/ "/mnt/web/guide/"
         ScriptAlias     /cgi-bin/ "/mnt/web/guide/"
