There seems no more additional information in the log entries. Have you 
tried to run your cgi script from the command line? On your server, 
change to directory /srv/www/cgi-bin/, then type 'su root' to be root, 
then type 'su apache' or 'su nobody' (dependent on your configuration, 
if you are not sure, you can find it from your httpd.conf after the 
directive User). Now you are the web user, type './spellchecker.pl' to 
see what happens.
