Mmm not sure then, fwiw the setup I have is:

NameVirtualHost 213.152.51.194:80
<VirtualHost 213.152.51.194:80>
# vhost entries etc etc
</VirtualHost>

_with_ the ports as well - but I'm fairly sure you don't need to specify
port details.  There aren't any include'd config files that conflict are
there?
