Subject [users@httpd] what is the equivalent configure for apache2...
Date Wed, 21 Jan 2004 21:36:36 GMT
Hi,

This is a ./configure options for apache 1.3.29:
./configure
--prefix=/usr/local/apache \
--disable-module=all \
--server-uid=apache \
--server-gid=apache \
--enable-module=access \
--enable-module=log_config \
--enable-module=dir \
--enable-module=mime \
--enable-module=auth

Could someone tell me the more/less exact equivalent for configure option in apache2 please?

May be it sounds stupid, but really ... give it a try please. (not more modules than the above
should be included, except of courses core modules that apache2 really needs)

Many many thanks for the advice!
