Apache 2.0 supports microsecond resolution by using the %D directive for
logging "the time taken to serve the request, in microseconds.". See:

    http://httpd.apache.org/docs-2.0/mod/mod_log_config.html#formats

You don't need to use this in your main access log. If you only want to log
certain documents, you can setup conditional logging for only those
documents of interest.
