Subject RE: [users@httpd] Permissions

I did a fresh Mandrake install. I created her dir and user acct after
that.  I threw in index file in there and can access it with a browser,
just can't do FTP to the same directory.  I've done chown and chmod in
just about every way I can think of.  Thanks for the reply.
