The timestamp on this error doesn't match the above access log entries,
so this is probably for something else.

This does not look right:

    ScriptAlias /php/ "C:/Documents and Settings/Eric Belardo/My
Documents/WebSite Development/PHP4.3.4./php-4.3.4-Win32/"
    ScriptAlias /php/ "C:/php/"

You should have only one ScriptAlias for your php directory.  The second
argument should be the directory where you installed php, so the first
line is probably right, assuming that there is indeed a php.exe in that
directory.  The php.net docs say "Remember also to substitute the
c:/php/ for your actual path to PHP."

The subdirectory named "PHP4.3.4." is worrysome, as there seems to be an
extra period.  Verify that indeed that's the name of the directory that
contains php.exe.
