Subject [users@httpd] setting up cgi-bin
Date Wed, 31 Dec 2003 00:06:45 GMT
Hello, I'm a newbie to Apache and am trying to use cgi on my web server
which i have set up. I am running Red hat 9 and have set up my web
server ok and it is fine at serving out flat html. The fun starts when
i use a simple cgi script just to print a line to the screen, it wont
work! I am using the cgi-bin in the /var/www/cgi-bin directory
the url i type in my web browser is

http://www.linuxserver.com/cgi-bin/test.cgi -- www.linuxserver.com is
my host. Any ideas what I'm doing wrong?

Thanks in advance

Matt
