These are the Entries on the Access Log:

127.0.0.1 - - [28/Dec/2003:16:20:58 -0500] "GET /redirect_form.html
HTTP/1.1" 200 553
127.0.0.1 - - [28/Dec/2003:16:21:00 -0500] "POST /do_redirect.php
HTTP/1.1" 405 320

These are the entries in the error Log:

[Sun Dec 28 13:28:12 2003] [error] [client 127.0.0.1] (2)No such file or
directory: script not found or unable to stat: c:/program files/apache
group/apache/cgi-bin/redirect_form.html

And Attached is my HTTPD.CONF file.. Thanks for your help.. I am a
Computer Forensics Investigator and Director of Information Security. If
I can help any of you with these issues please let me Know!

Why are you using PHP as a CGI anyway?  It's almost always used as a
module unless there's some reason you need the CGI version.

Well, we'll need more info.  Post whatever gets written to the access
and error logs when you try to access the script in question.  You also
might want to post your httpd.conf, because it sounds like something is
not correct there.
