Hmm.... but LimitExcept doesn't work in <Location/> as per the documentation

LimitExcept only works in server config, virtual host, directory, .htaccess

So that pretty much says that 

<LimitExcept ...>
   Require valid-user 
</LimitExcept>

must be inside <Directory>.  

We aren't serviing anything out of Apache, just proxying thru to TC using
<Location>.. Am I pretty much out of luck here in trying to do this?
