Thanks Robert,
        I allready fix my problem I unzip all the tables in
/usr/local/mysql/var/mydb and run chown chmod then ran "grant"  command from
mysql. When I see the tables from phpmyadmin its shows me two tables "in
use" instead of  size in KB or MB. Once I Repair tables the website is
working fine.
    I posted the request  on the wrong place but I hope it will help to some
guy who are using MySql.
