No.  The only limit is that your OS may run out of per-process resources
like file handles.  Check your error log.

(Script)Alias takes precedence over VirtualScriptAlias, so it will wipe
out the latter if they use the same URL.

"conflicts"?  Dynamic and static virtual hosts can certainly coexist.  The
static ones will be evaluated first.  Then you can place the dynamic
config inside a <VirtualHost> section to further map requests.
