When I click on the images, my browser sens a POST to www.ptsdsurvey.com just as expected
(checked using "Live HTTP Headers for Mozilla Firebird).

The server then answers with a 302 and gives the location http://66.87.83.15/cgi-bin/mil_civ.pl.

The browser then sends a GET to that address.

You need to check why the request is redirected.
