Apache doesn't really like that :)

Btw, you are using a pretty old version (2.0.40) and you should upgrade
anyway, so my advice is to remove your current installation (it's an RPM,
isn't it?), and then install the latest (2.0.48) from source. Then you'll
get a fresh httpd.conf.
