I'm afraid a publicly-accessible URI is not a possibility right now. If
the problem persists, I will try to make one available.

It would be very rare for apache to receive a request and not log it.
So
this implies to me that it is a client issue.  But it is difficult to
tell
more details.  Perhaps you could provide us with a publically-acessible
URL that exhibits the problem.

The other possibility is to put a sniffer on the wire and see exactly
what
the client is sending.
