Hello,

LDAP Authentication module that comes with Apache has some issues,
especially if you are trying to use LDAPS:// (LDAP over SSL)

Here is some info on how to use a 3rd party LDAP module

. This module is opensource.

I have been using this module for last 7 months, and the older version for
last 2 years, without any issues. And it works just fine.
