I install mysql, then apache, then PHP.  Mysql is stand alone, doesn't need anything.  Then
I think you need apache installed before you can install PHP, if you want to install it as
an apache module anyway.  Also by having Mysql installed before PHP, you can point PHP to
the Mysql lib files for PHP's Mysql support.
