I had something the same w/ Apache 2.0.47.... I went into my Add/Remove Programs and removed
some things the kid put on like My Search bar for IE..... after removing some of those things
I was then able to do the Apache -k install and Apache -k start...... Before I was getting
no ports available.... check that out.
