Subject [users@httpd] httpd logs logging all computer events

Hello,
I searched the docs and could not findit there.
In my httpd-access and error logs everything is being logged.
Tail from access log
Wed Sep 10 09:15:29 2003] [error] [client 192.168.101.4] cat:
/var/log/maillog:
 Permission denied, referer: http://68.156.89.118/cgi-bin/mail.cgi

How or were do I put it so only apahce access goes into it ?
I read the syslog.conf and it shows facilities to log but httpd is not one.
