If you look at the docs for CacheDisable it seems to imply that it can
only accept paths as parameters, not full URLs with host:

http://httpd.apache.org/docs-2.0/mod/mod_cache.html#cachedisable

I'm not sure, but you might be able to use the <Proxy *> container to
specify a CacheDisable for certain sites, i.e.

<Proxy http://www.siteToNotCache.Com/*>
  CacheDisable /
</Proxy>

Dunno if that works or not.
