how to add ServerAlias www.elmelgua.mr to the main server configuration. 
you mean the httpd.conf file or another file. Precise it please.

Oh, well, I guess you meant to ask how to do it.

First step would be to point the A-record of www.elmelgua.mr to your IP
(preferably, but not necessarily, the same IP as the .org).

Next, just add this line in your VirtualHost (or main server config, if
you're not using VHosts):
ServerAlias www.elmelgua.mr
