We've been over this in another thread. No. Why? Because it's not really 
Apache executing the script. It's the interpreter that is the target in 
the shebang that is executing the script. Apache just starts the 
process of executing the program (it's like double clicking on it in 
Windows or typing ./program on a *nix command line), then outputs the 
results to a viewable page.
